Residents of the Sevenoaks District who would like to share their opinions on how gambling licence applications should be determined are being encouraged to comment on a revised Gambling Policy.
Sevenoaks District Council is in charge of dealing with all gambling premises licence applications in the District and the gambling policy sets out the issues considered when deciding an application and how local people are involved.
Residents have until midnight on Sunday October 14 to comment on the policy, which is when the consultation will close.

Brasted and Sundridge District Councillor Anna Firth, the Council’s Cabinet Member for Licensing, says: “I would encourage the community to get involved by having their say on our revised policy as they will set out how we will consider applications for gambling licences.”
